This Site Is for Adults Only (18+)
Menzmade sells novelty, adult-humour chocolate products. Due to their nature, this Site and all products on it are intended solely for individuals aged 18 years or older.
How We Verify Age
Before entering the Site, you’re required to confirm that you are 18 or over via our age-gate screen. By clicking “Yes, I’m 18+ and ready!” you are declaring, to the best of your knowledge, that this is true.
Please note: this is a self-declaration checkbox, not a formal identity or age verification check (such as document upload or third-party ID verification). It relies on the honesty of the person entering the Site.
Why We Ask
Selling age-restricted or adult-themed products to anyone under 18 is not something we permit, and this age gate is our first line of defence against that. We take this seriously and will not knowingly sell to anyone under 18.
At Checkout
By placing an order, you are separately confirming that you are 18 or over and that you are legally permitted to purchase the products in your order.
At Delivery
Please note that our delivery couriers do not typically perform age verification checks at the point of delivery. Packaging is plain and discreet, giving no indication of contents, but we’re unable to guarantee that only an adult will receive or open the parcel once delivered to the address provided. If you’re ordering as a gift or to a shared address, please bear this in mind.
If We Believe an Order Was Placed by a Minor
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we have reasonable grounds to believe it was placed by someone under 18.
