1. About Us
These terms govern your use of menzmade.co.uk (“the Site”) and any purchase you make from us.
By using this Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
2. Age Restriction
This Site and its products are intended for adults aged 18 and over only. By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Our Products
Our products are novelty adult-humour chocolate items, individually handcrafted by hand using Belgian chocolate. Because each item is handmade:
- Slight variations in size, shape, and finish between items are normal and not a fault.
- Product photos are for illustration; actual appearance may vary slightly.
- We list clear dimensions and weight where available so you know what to expect.
- Please see product pages for allergy and ingredient details.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send an order confirmation email, but this doesn’t mean we’ve accepted your order — the contract is only formed when we dispatch your goods (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, if we suspect the buyer is under 18, if stock isn’t available, or if there’s a pricing error), in which case you’ll receive a full refund.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
- Menzmade is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to prices.
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
6. Delivery
- We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
- Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- All orders are sent in plain, discreet, unbranded outer packaging with no indication of contents.
- Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered to the address provided at checkout.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
Important exception: because our products are sealed food items, once the outer seal/wrapping has been opened or broken, you lose the right to cancel for hygiene and health protection reasons. This is a standard exemption under consumer protection law for sealed goods not suitable for return once unsealed.

8. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@menzmade.co.uk with your order number and photos. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or products.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Menzmade and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Complaints
If you’re unhappy with your order or our service, please contact us first at info@menzmade.co.uk so we can try to resolve it directly.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
